Dough Daddy’s is a new virtual restaurant based out of Chicago’s West Loop. Available exclusively for takeout and delivery through GrubHub, this pop-up offers Chicago a chance to experience Detroit-style pizzas created with a special sourdough starter that has been with Chef Noah Zamler for five years.

Each pizza is made using that special sourdough starter, an Italian flour that is created in small production for the highest quality, crushed tomato sauce, and a roster of local ingredients, including toppings that rotate based on the season.

Chef Zamler, a Michigan native, holds Detroit-style pizza close to his heart. Ever since he started at The Press Room, he's made everything from scratch, which has resulted in having a lot of dough around the kitchen. In his spare time, he created pizzas for family meals and now he's ready to share his recipe with the rest of Chicago.

In addition to pizza, guests can enjoy sandwiches, wings, and more - all made from scratch with love by Chef Zalmer.
